Aroma Alchemy Class: Harmonizing Between Personal Power & Empathic Heart (1hr 45min Recording) 2026

In this 1 hour and 45 minute recording from Late Summer of 2026 Rachel shares some of her most valuable insights for working towards harmony between personal power & empathic heart. Pulling from Traditional Chinese Medicine, and 5 Elements philosophy as a platform that helps us connect our mental emotional body with our physical wellbeing and draw wisdom and insight from our own emotional messaging. This class will also explore western studies on the social science of power and empathy, offering new perspectives on the energetics of power vs powerlessness, what true empathy feels like and how to channel/clear energy with the plant spirits as our allies. Rachel will be telling the Taoist story of Kunlun Mountain and the Journey of the Spirits as it relates to our own self-evolution for reflection and inspiration. Special attention will be given to why Late Summer and its corresponding Element of Earth is a most potent time to embark on this inner work. She will be sharing a special Aroma AcuPoint Sequence for working with inherited stress patterns around our past impressions and experiences of power or powerlessness and how we can learn to hold empathic space without self-abandonment not just from a place of mindfulness, but from an alchemical approach that transforms from within. The plant spirits and the acupressure points together can help to shift the vibration from within, empowering the virtues of the elements, calling the spirits back to the body and awakening their wisdom, and opening pathways of possibility. This class is for the sensitives, the healers, and the empaths who are interested in learning to harness energy with aromatherapy for better boundaries, receiving the fruits of your labor, and balancing vulnerability with empowerment so that you can show up and offer your gifts in the most natural and nourishing way possible!

Rachel shares 10 essential oil and acupressure point combinations, looking at the plant and it’s properties throught the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine. You do not need to have all of the oils to benefit from this class, however having 1 or 2 oils on hand will elevate your experience. Here is a list of the essential oil line up: Bergamot, White Lotus, Helichrysm *Italicum, Greeen Cardamom, Roman Chamomile, Geranium, Blue Tansy, Tagetes (Merigold), Himalayan Cedarwood. Rachel also uses Lavender Spike for the opening meditation and speaks on it briefly, but you are welcome to use any essential oil of your choice for the opening. This is a downloadable recording shared via a private Dropbox folder along with a downloadable PDF reference guide on the essential oils shared during this talk. Also included in the class DropBox are 9 downloadable slides detailing the essential oils and acupressure points in the Aroma AcuPoint Sequence and a reference page with resrouces for continuing your education and sourcing quality essential oils.
