With Zac Occhiline 500Hr Certified Yoga Instructor
Located at our private residence studio in Camp Verde. The address is given upon registration.
In this talk Zac will be defining “conflict” and offering new perspectives through the application of the philosophy of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras as a basis for uncovering the truth of our inner and outer conflicts. He will be covering concepts on relationship cycles and the ways in which our relationships grow and evolve in cycles much like our own self-evolution, healing, and transformation. These concepts come with recognition that our ability to mediate conflict with others often reflects our willingness to resolve our personal inner conflicts and our commitment, not to a particular outcome, but to the healing that unfolds with awareness of the root cause of conflict while holding space for resolution and peace without taking sides. This introduction will provide a platform for the lifelong practice of self-inquiry and offer tools for recognizing and resolving mental emotional patterns of suffering. This is just a small piece of the more in-depth 4 day Conflict Resolution Workshop Based on The Yoga Sutras weaving in some of the work of Rama Jyoti Vernon, teachings from 7 Centers Yoga School, Marshall Rosenberg’s non-violent communication, plus Zac’s 25+ years of practical experience and reflection on Conflict Resolution and Yogic Psychology. If you are ready to get curious, join us for this 90 minute interactive talk and let’s discover ways to take our yoga practice off the mat and into our relationships for healing and peace!
