Linaloe Wood

from $33.00

Sizes: 15mL, 120mL

Botanical Family:Burseraceae

Latin Name:Bursera delpechiana

Description: Also known as Indian Lavender, the aroma of Linaloe Wood is warm, woody and earthy. It is distilled from the heartwood of the tree, and much like other heartwoods such as Rosewood or Palo Santo, its essence invites us to trust in our own inner wisdom and essential nature for guidance and stability. This is a useful essence to bring in when our core issues start to play out and we need to draw inward for quiet wisdom and deep healing. Therapeutically, Linaloe Wood is anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial, anti-viral, anti-fungal, alleviates sore muscles/joints, decongests the sinuses and respiratory system, promotes skin/cell regeneration, and is a tonic to the reproductive system and the kidneys. It can be useful for alleviating menstrual cramps, toning the skin, and preventing fine lines/wrinkles/age spots. It is calming to the nervous system and ushers in a sense of emotional warmth and stability. It is known for its aphrodesiac effects and can be useful for anxiety or frigidity during intimacy. Linaloe Wood can be useful energetically and emotionally for anxiety, depression, and mental/emotional fatigue during turbulent times.
