~ In this video I will share some of the foundational aspects of a Yin Yoga (Yin Meridian Meditation) Practice and the way the seasons and the elements of the natural world influence our internal rhythms for self understanding, healing and growth.
~ I will offer some helpful insights around how aromatherapy can enhance our practice and help us tend to some of the common emotional disharmonies of this season within seasons so that we can receive the messages that are meant for us this time around with awareness and grace. Special highlight on Ylang Ylang. ✨
~ After this short intro (about 15mintues long), I will guide you into a 90minute Yin Meridian Meditation practice designed for this seasonal transition within. This practice will be about moving stagnant Qi in a soft and gentle way for a smooth harmonious transition into the expansive expression of the heart. This transition can help us clear away stress patterns around fear of being seen (and cultivating positive & authentic self-image), trauma around being misunderstood, blooming in our own time, letting go of pressure, and getting comfortable with channeling our purpose into heart felt expression.
