Yin Yoga Immersion ~ For the Wood Element & the Spirit of Spring (2Hrs)

This is a 2 hour workshop style Yin Yoga Immersion Class.

~ You will be introduced to an essential oil (Orange *Petitgrain) that you could use to enhance your practice

~ Foundations of the the practice of Yin Meridian Meditation.

~ Introduction to understanding the Wood Element and how it relates to the season of spring and our own self-evolution for bringing in intention and inspiration to our practice.

~ Closing with a Yoga Nidra Meditation.
