15 Minute Yoga Nidra Meditation

This is a short practice to support you when you are in a time pinch and need a moment to rest & reset the nervous system. Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice, especially when practiced regularly. Notice how your Sankulpa begins to show up in your reality more and more over time - even if it is simply a feeling that starts to become more normal and consistent like joy or peace.

You might enjoy using a meadow essential oil to enhance this practice:

Carrot Seed - also known as Queen Anne's Lace, for seeding a new dream or vision into reality.

Lavender - for stabilizing the nervous system during times of challenging inner growth.

Yarrow - for soothing anger or repressed emotions and healing old wounds within.
