Yoga Nidra Honoring the Spirit of Spring

This is a 23 minute Yoga Nidra Practice I created to support the Spirit of Spring. I initially created it for a 5 Elements Yin Yoga Immersion class (part of a series of Seasonal Classes) that included Yoga Nidra and focused on the Wood Element within.

Essential oils that could be used to enhance your practice are:

Orange *Petitgrain - for Central Nervous System support, cultivating more joy, and removing obstacles on your journey.

Chamomile - for Central Nervous System support, anxiety or insomnia if practicing in the evening.

Lavender - Soothing emotional extremes, anxiety, and supporting creative expression.

Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice, especially when practiced regularly. Notice how your Sankulpa begins to show up in your reality more and more over time - even if it is simply a feeling that starts to become more normal and consistent like joy or peace.
